Will my gift arrive on time?    


All gifts are shipped from our distribution center near San Francisco, California. For ground shipping please see the days in transit map and plan accordingly for your gift to arrive when you'd like it to.
How can I be sure that my gift will arrive before the holidays?

How quickly can a gift be delivered? All orders received by noon PST M-F are shipped the same day. We offer overnight delivery throughout the continental U.S. For quotes please call us at 1-800-881-4631.
Can I ship to a PO Box? No. We require a physical address for shipping our gifts to insure that they arrive in excellent condition
Can I send gifts to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, but there are extra fees. Please see our shipping rates for AK (Alaska) and HI (Hawaii):
Can I ship gifts to a foreign address or an APO/FPO destination? No. Because of custom requirements we are unable to ship to foreign/APO/FPO addresses at this time.
When will I get my package tracking information? On the same day your order ships, tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided. If you placed your order by noon PST, you will receive your tracking information towards the end of the same day. If you placed your order after noon PST, you will receive your tracking information towards the end of the next day. If you need help tracking your package please e-mail us .
How can I place an order and send it later? On the Shipping Methods page during checkout there is an option to pick a future ship date for your gift. Simply select the date you would like your package to be shipped.
Can I change my order? Yes. If you need to change your order please contact us at We are happy to make changes for you as long as your gifts have not shipped.
When will I get my Order Confirmation? Order confirmations are sent to the e-mail address provided within five minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive your order confirmation, check your spam mailbox.
There was no gift message with my order. Who is it from? We work with a number of different partners and their system allows gifts to be ordered without a gift message. Please e-mail us at with your order number and we will make every attempt to identify the sender.

How do I apply a discount coupon to my order? There is a box at the lower left on the first page of checkout (My Basket) page that says "Coupon Code" Type in your code and be sure to hit the Apply Coupon button.
How do I check the status of my order?

How do I cancel an order? If your order has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is for a future delivery date, please contact us at Please include your order # and we will do everything we can to help you.
Why register on the website? Registering on the website makes check out faster and easier. You can track your package and our address book functionality allows you to maintain and edit your own addresses.

What are your Customer Service hours?

Emails. We respond to emails the same day, except on weekends when we will acknowledge your inquiry on the following Monday.

Phone calls. We will be happy to answer any questions during regular office hours. You can speak to a customer care representative Monday-Friday 8:30 am PST through 5:30 pm PST. During the month of December help will be available until 7 pm PST.

Are your Kosher gift baskets certified?

Yes. We offer a number of different gift baskets that contain only Kosher certified products. You can find them in our Kosher Gift Baskets section.

Can you buy any of the products in your gift baskets indivdiually?
Yes. Some of the products found in the gifts can be purchased individually, by the case. Please email inquire about which products you are interested in and pricing.
Do you make product substitutions?

Yes. Substitutions may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery

How can I be sure that the fruit basket I ordered does not spoil? We prepare our fruit baskets fresh each day. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping method for your fruit that will have a maximum of three days in transit.
How do I write a review of one of your products? You can e-mail a product review to or simply write one on the product page under the Review tab.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card online? Yes. Our ordering system uses state-of-the-art data encryption so that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also call our 800 number and we will take your order over the phone.
Which Credit cards do you accept? We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, 
Will I be charged Sales Tax? Some states require that we collect sales tax, usually on the full amount of the order including delivery. If this is the case, the correct amount will be calculated automatically and show up on your total in the checkout area of our site.
