1. Shipping and Packaging

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. An additional $10.00 shipping fee applies to items shipping to HI and AK.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No. We require a physical address for shipping our gifts to insure that they arrive in excellent condition.

What shipping account do you use?

All items shipping under our account ship via Fed Ex. Packages shipping within California ship via GSO and generally arrive the next business day.

What are your shipping method options?

Our shipping method options include: Ground (1-5 business days), 3-Day, 2-Day, Standard overnight (no weekend delivery), and Priority Saturday overnight. Please see the US shipping map for state wide specifics.

What about my 3rd party shipping account?

We are happy to set up your 3rd party shipping account for all orders. There is a $3.95 handling fee for all orders shipped on 3rd party accounts.

What if I have a lost, stolen or missing order?

The shipping Account holder is responsible for filing a claim.

When might there be a delay in shipping?

All transit times are estimates. We will do our best to work with the shipping company to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather delays or other un-forseen reasons.

I am shipping this as a gift, is there price info included in the shipping box?

No, there is no price information included on your gift. 

Are your shipping boxes plain (without your logo)? Can we provide our own logo shipping boxes for our clients? if so, what sizes are recommended?

There is no logo on our shipping boxes- for a high volume clients we are able to sticker our boxes with their logos- we do not warehouse boxes for specific clients

 

2. Placing and Order

How do I place an order?

Log into your account at www.givensandcompany.com. Select the items that ou want to purchase and follow the instructions for checking out It's that easy! We highly recommend providing a contact number to the recipient to avoid delays in shipping.

Can I order Items going to multiple addresses?

 

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

If you are ordering a gift with wine or non-food items shipping in the state of California, there will be a sales tax included to those items.

Which Credit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard.

How do I get my discount applied?

Your partner discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card online?

Yes. Our ordering system uses state-of-the-art data encryption so that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also call our 800 number and we will take your order over the phone.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on our site before 1pm PST (12pm during the peak season of 10/1-12/31) will ship the same day unless otherwise specified at checkout.

How do I make changes to my order?

Once your order is completed, you may not make changes to it online. To make changes to your order after completion, email us at orders@givensandcompany.com with the order number and the changes that you would like to be made and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For changes to shipping addresses after am item has shipped, please email partners@givensandcompany.com with the order reference number along with the changes to me made. There is a $12.00 fee associates with all re-routed packages.

Can I place order now for future shipments?

If you would like to choose a future SHIP Date for your order you can do so at checkout. Please enter the desired ship date in the space below the calendar- remember we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.  To figure out when your package will be delivered please use our Days in Transit map to calculate the time in transit.

When will I get my Order Confirmation?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please add ________@californiadelicious to your address book to help keep our emails from your spam box! If you do not receive this confirmation email, please call us at 1-800-216-1183

When will I get my tracking information?

Tracking is emailed daily at the close of each business day.

Can I order over the telephone?

3. Delivery

Will my gift arrive on time?

All gifts are shipped from our distribution center near San Francisco, California. For ground shipping please see the days in transit map and plan accordingly for your gift to arrive when you'd like it to.

How can I be sure that my gift will arrive before the holidays?    

Please see our Holiday Shipping Schedule.

How quickly can a gift be delivered?

All orders received by noon PST M-F are shipped the same day. We offer overnight delivery throughout the continental U.S. For quotes please call us at 1-800-881-4631.

Can I send gifts to Alaska and Hawaii?        

Yes, but there are extra fees. Please see our shipping rates for AK (Alaska) and HI (Hawaii): 

Can I ship gifts to a foreign address or an APO/FPO destination?

No. Because of custom requirements we are unable to ship to foreign/APO/FPO addresses at this time.

When will I get my package tracking information?

On the same day your order ships, tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided. If you placed your order by noon PST, you will receive your tracking information towards the end of the same day. If you placed your order after noon PST, you will receive your tracking information towards the end of the next day. If you need help tracking your package please e-mail us.

How can I place an order and send it later?

On the Shipping Methods page during checkout there is an option to pick a future ship date for your gift. Simply select the date you would like your package to be shipped. 

 

4. Our Products

Can we receive a couple pictures of how a basket looks before shipment?         

Yes! Please contact _______ before or at the time of your order about getting pictures before shipment.

Are your Kosher gift baskets certified?       

We offer a number of different gift baskets that contain only Kosher certified products. You can find them in our Kosher Gift Baskets section. www.californiadelicious.com/kosher-gift-baskets

What kind of kosher certifications do your products have?

Our suppliers use a number of different certifying agencies. See this link to view our list of symbols and the suppliers who use them.

Do you have any gluten-free products?

Yes! Check out our _______ basket.

Can you buy any of the products in your gift baskets individually?          

Yes. Some of the products found in the gifts can be purchased individually, by the case. Please email info@californiadelicious.com inquire about which products you are interested in and pricing. 

Do you make product substitutions?          

Yes. Substitutions may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery

How do I write a review of one of your products? 

You can e-mail a product review to reviews@californiadelicious.com or simply write one on the product page under the Review tab. We love to hear feedback about our products and our service.

Are the baskets made to order or are they already pre-made and ready for shipment for your drop ship program?

Baskets with perishable products (fruit and fresh cheese) are made to order. We maintain stock on our best selling items.

If the baskets are pre-made, what's the shelf life cycle for these baskets?

The shelf life varies depending upon the products but is generally 3-6 months. On most items we turn our inventory in 30 days.

Are the bows handmade?
