All gifts are shipped from our distribution center near San Francisco, California. For ground shipping please see the days in transit map and plan accordingly for your gift to arrive when you'd like it to.
If you are ordering on a Friday, we prefer to wait and ship out your order on the following Monday to ensure freshness. If you are ordering on a Friday, please let us know if you need Priority Saturday Overnight shipping so it arrives before the following week.
We prepare our fruit baskets fresh each day, and require them to be sent Next Day or Two Day Air.
* Due to warm weather during the summer season, we cannot guarantee the freshness of any fruit baskets ordered with shipping selected beyond overnight.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days for your credit card to process. We will notify you when your refund has been issued.
Please contact us immediatley when you recognize the address is incorrect, and we can update it before it ships out. All Items already shipped to an incorrect address are the purchasers responsibility.

The shelf life varies depending upon the products but is generally 3-6 months. On most items we turn our inventory in 30 days.
Are the baskets made to order or are they already pre-made and ready for shipment for your drop ship program?
Baskets with perishable products (fruit and fresh cheese) are made to order. We maintain stock on our best selling items.
